Those buckwheat brownies! Phenomenal! I learned the hard way that her cooking time is too long for my oven (the first batch was dry). I shortened cooking time by 2 minutes — I was almost afraid they were underdone — and they turned out perfectly moist. This will be in my regular rotation from now on!

Heidi, do you remember posting a youtube video of people harvesting Bulgarian roses? It MUST have been close to a decade ago by now; but sometimes images and that looping audio track jump into my brain for no reason whatsoever. <3
